Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services of Shivam Bike Rental Manali, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.Eligibility

The rider must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driving license. The company reserves the right to verify and reject bookings if the criteria are not met.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Minimum rental duration for one-day booking is 8 hours.
  • One-day rental is valid till 7:00 PM on the same day.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is mandatory. An additional deposit may be required for **outstation trips (Leh-Ladakh, Spiti, etc.).

4. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

  • Only 2 riders per bike are allowed.
  • Overloading or misuse of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Any damage, accident, theft, or legal issue will be borne by the renter

5. Fuel Policy

Fuel is not included. The bike must be returned with the same fuel level. Extra fuel costs will not be refunded.

6. Repairs & Maintenance

  • Any repair or damage during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
  • Basic maintenance, like engine oil checks during long trips, must be ensured by the rider.

7. Outstation & Restricted Areas

  • Special rates apply for locations like Leh-Ladakh, Spiti, Dharamshala, Shimla, etc.
  • Bikes rented in Manali may not be allowed for sightseeing in certain areas of Ladakh (e.g., Pangong, Khardung La, Nubra).
  • In such cases, riders may need to rent local bikes as per government rules.

8. Cancellation & Refund

  • No refund will be provided for early return of the vehicle before the committed rental period.
  • Cancellations are subject to applicable charges.

9. Safety & Compliance

  • Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times.
  • Riders must follow all traffic rules and local regulations.
  • Rash or negligent driving is strictly prohibited.
  • The renter is responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss or damage.

10. Condition & Inspection

  • The renter must inspect the bike before hiring.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as provided.

11. Company Liability

The company shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents during the rental period.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Manali jurisdiction only.
